Article 1 (Personal Information)

"Personal information" within privacy information refers to "personal information" as defined in the Data Protection Act, meaning information about living individuals that enables identification of specific individuals through name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact details, or other descriptions.
"History and characteristic information" within privacy information refers to information other than the "personal information" defined above, including service usage history, purchased products, viewed pages and advertisements, search keywords, date and time of use, method of use, usage environment, postcode, gender, occupation, age, IP address, cookie information, location information, and device identification information.

Article 2 (Collection Methods of Personal Information)

The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driving licence number when customers register for services. Additionally, we may collect information about transactions containing customer personal information and payment-related information between customers and our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and advertising distributors, hereinafter referred to as "partners").

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate Company services, to respond to customer inquiries (including identity verification), to send emails about new features, updates, campaigns of services in use, and information about other services provided by the Company, to communicate necessary information such as maintenance and important notices, to identify customers who violate the terms of service or attempt to use services for improper or wrongful purposes and deny their use, to allow customers to view, modify, delete their registration information and view usage status, to bill customers for service usage fees, and purposes incidental to the above uses.

Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)

The Company shall only change the purpose of use of personal information when the new purpose can be reasonably considered to be related to the previous purpose.
When the purpose of use is changed, the Company shall notify customers or publish the changed purpose on this website through prescribed methods.

Article 5 (Third-Party Provision of Personal Information)

The Company shall not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining customer consent in advance, except in the following cases (excluding cases permitted by the Data Protection Act and other laws):
When necessary for protecting human life, body, or property and obtaining customer consent is difficult, when especially necessary for improving public health or promoting healthy child development and obtaining individual consent is difficult, when necessary to cooperate with a national or local government organisation or their contractor in executing legally prescribed duties and obtaining individual consent might impede the execution of said duties, when the following items have been notified or announced in advance and the Company has submitted a notification to the Information Commissioner's Office: that the purpose of use includes provision to third parties, items of data to be provided to third parties, means or method of provision to third parties, that provision to third parties will be stopped upon the individual's request, and methods for accepting such requests.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When requested by an individual to disclose their personal information, the Company shall do so without delay. However, the Company may choose not to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure would fall under any of the following cases, and shall notify the individual of such decision without delay:
When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party, when there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Company's business, or when it would violate other laws and regulations. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, history and characteristic information and information other than personal information will generally not be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If personal information held by the Company is incorrect, customers may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") through Company-prescribed procedures.
When the Company receives such a request and determines that it needs to respond to the request, it shall make the necessary corrections, etc. without delay.
The Company shall notify the customer without delay when corrections, etc. have been made based on the preceding paragraph or when it has been decided not to make corrections.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

When requested by an individual to suspend use or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained through improper means, the Company shall conduct necessary investigation without delay.
Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that the request needs to be addressed, the Company shall suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay.
The Company shall notify the customer without delay when use has been suspended, etc. based on the preceding paragraph or when it has been decided not to suspend use.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. would incur substantial cost or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the customer's rights and interests, the Company shall implement such alternative measures.
